By activating the promotion code and using the pass, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the “Now E Terms and Conditions”, “Terms of Use – Premier League and LaLiga Matches on Now E”, “Terms of Use – UEFA Champions League and Europa League on Now E”,the “Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use” and the “Now E Things to Know” (available for viewing at www.nowe.com/tnc/service, www.nowe.com/tnc/plll, www.nowe.com/tnc/ucl-uel,www.nowe.com/tnc/tvbox and www.nowe.com/help/thingstoknow).

Terms of Use – 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Matches on Now E

1. These Terms of Use apply to the following passes and plan provided by PCCW Media Limited (collectively, the “Passes and Plan”):
• Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Season Pass;
• Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS 1-month Pass/3-month Pass/12-month Pass;
• Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Day Pass; and
• Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS – Monthly Plan*.

Passes and Plan includes 4K live streaming of selected matches during the 2023/24 season, while the degree of live coverage in 4K is subject to decisions made by the official organizations concerned.

*Monthly Plan refers to 4K Monthly Plan and Non-4K Monthly Plan, only 4K Monthly Plan subscribption is entitled to 4K live streaming of selected matches during the 2023/24 season.

2. The Passes and Plan entitle you to watch the 2023-2024 season of the Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS matches and video-on-demand re-runs of selected matches (collectively, the “Matches”), through the Now E application (the “App”), website www.nowe.com (the “Service Website”) or Now E Android TV Box (the “Android TV Box”). You can watch the Matches by video on demand anytime within the period of 30 days after their respective live broadcasts. The validity periods for the Passes and Plan are as follows:
• Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Season Pass: From date of activation of promotion code to 23:59:59 on 30 June 2024.
• Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS 1-month Pass/3-month Pass /12-month Pass: 1 month/3 months/12 months respectively from date of activation of promotion code or until 23:59:59 on 30 June 2024 (whichever is earlier).
• Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Day Pass: 24 hours from date of activation of promotion code or until 23:59:59 on 30 June 2024 (whichever is earlier).
• Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS – Monthly Plan: Starts from commencement date of the plan and continues until you terminate your subscription to this plan. You will be charged a subscription fee on a monthly basis until termination. Please note that the 2023/24 season of Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS will end with effect from on 20 May 2024 (tentative date).
3. You must on or before 20 May 2024, activate the promotion code for the Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Season Pass or Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS Day Pass; Or, on or before 20 May 2024, activate the promotion code for the Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS 1-month Pass/3-month Pass /12-month Pass;or subscribe to the Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS – Monthly Plan. If you intend to use the Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS 1-month Pass or the Now E 2023/24 Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS – Monthly Plan for 1 month, you are advised to activate the promotion code or subscribe on or before 20 April 2024 so that you can watch the Matches for a full month. Please note that each promotion code can only be used once.
4. You may not be able to access the Services or the App on any modified mobile operating systems or TVs (if applicable). Your devices must meet the following requirements regarding to the technical specification and display resolution:
1. Mobile devices:
   • Android – minimum operating system requirement: Android Phone 8.0 or above; and support of Google Mobile Services (GMS) or Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) (applicable to designated devices);
   • Apple iOS – minimum operating system requirement: iOS 13.0 or above (Beta version of operating system is not supported);

3. Smart TV and TV box:
   • Now E Android TV box
   • Android TV (Android TV model and set-up box with Android OS 8.0 or later)
   • LG TV (2020 models or newer with WebOS 5.0 or later)
   • Samsung TV (2019 models or newer with Tizen OS 5.0 or later)
   Now E also supports AirPlay, Chromecast and HDMI.
   
   Your operating system must be original and unmodified. The quality and operation of Now E service may be compromised if used with a modified or unauthorized operating system or used with an older version (other than the versions mentioned above) of the operating system. Requirements relating to supported devices are subject to change from time to time. Please refer to www.nowe.com/help/thingstoknow for the latest requirements.
5. 4K video streaming device and system requirements:
• Now E Android TV Box, or
• Now E Android TV App, or
• Now E LG TV App, or
• Now E Samsung TV App, or
• PC with a Windows 10 operating system that support High Efficiency Video Coding (H.265) ; with HEVC video extension installed; and use the Microsoft Edge browser (Chromium version) to play 4K content, or
• Designated mobile handset with 4K video playback capability (the support of 4K video streaming varies significantly between handset models), or
• Using AirPlay to stream live coverage to Apple TV 4K or AirPlay 2 4K smart TV from Apple devices (actual video quality also depends on bandwidth of Internet connection and device compatibility. Please click here for more details from Apple’s website).

User must use TV or computer monitor with 4K display resolution, and also with mobile data network or LAN/Wi-Fi network that meeting the minimum bandwidth requirements (25 Mbps) to enjoy an optimal viewing experience.

The stability and quality of video streaming; and your ability to use all features of the App, the Service and the Content depends on and are affected by the condition of devices, internet bandwidths and connection, internet connection speed, technical feasibility, content sources availability, device compatibility and various factors. Please refer to www.nowe.com for the latest requirements for supported devices.

6. Restrictions on number of devices and concurrent viewing: Each Now E account can only be used to log in for a maximum of five (5) different devices; and for two (2) concurrent video viewings.
7. Please note that video streaming may consume significant amounts of mobile data. You are responsible for keeping track of your mobile data charges. Please contact your mobile data service provider for more information. For example, watching a 60 minutes live broadcast spends around 2GB mobile data and an identical content in 4K format will spend further a lot.
8. The streaming quality of video content for Now E is adaptive according to the available bandwidth. You are advised to do the following to enjoy an optimal viewing experience on Now E:
• Except for the App, turn off other unnecessary running applications to free up more system resources.
• Video streaming quality is affected by the speed of your Internet connection. Insufficient bandwidth and other factors such as inappropriate equipment set-up and equipment incompatibility may lead to interrupted video streaming, pixilated video, disruption in streaming, audio that is not synchronized with video etc.
• Do not upload or download any files when playing video, in order to minimize impact on the quality of video playback.
• If your device or is connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi, please check if the Wi-Fi signal is normal. Internet speed may also be affected if too many users are connected to the same Wi-Fi access point or if many users are sharing the same radio spectrum. In addition, the distance between the Wi-Fi modem and the mobile device or personal computer will directly affect the stability of the network reception.
9. PCCW Media Limited reserves the right to amend the technical specifications and requirements relating to Now E and the Android TV Box at any time with or without prior notice.
10. Once any matches of The Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS are suspended or suspended midway, there will be no live streaming of the relevant event and no compensation will be made. Please refer to the official final announcement.
11. All the passes and promotion codes cannot be returned, refunded, resold, transferred, exchanged for cash and/or other gifts or replaced if damaged. PCCW Media Limited shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of, or damage to, any pass and promotion code; and/or any delay or failure to broadcast any Matches.
12. The broadcast times and dates of the Matches may be subject to change from time to time. Please refer to the official final announcements for details.
13. All programming accessed via the App, Service Website and Android TV Box can only be used in Hong Kong for your private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
14. The Passes and Plan and the promotion codes are provided by PCCW Media Limited. In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to the same, PCCW Media Limited’s decision shall be final.
15. PCCW Media Limited may amend these Terms of Use at any time with or without prior notice.
16. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR. The use of the Passes and Plan are also subject to the Now E Service Terms and Conditions and the Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use (if applicable) (which are available for viewing at www.nowe.com/tnc/service and www.nowe.hk/tnc/tvbox). ). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Use, the Now E Service Terms and Conditions and the Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use, the inconsistency shall be resolved in the descending order of preference as set out in this clause.
17. The English version of these Terms of Use shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only.

Now E European Football Event - Terms of Use – UEFA Champions League and Europa League

1. These Terms of Use apply to the following passes and plan provided by PCCW Media Limited (collectively, the “Passes and Plan”):
• Now E UEFA Champions League and Europa League Season Pass (“Season Pass”); and
• Now E UEFA Champions League and Europa League Day Pass (“Day Pass”).
2. The Passes and Plan entitle you to watch the UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League and UEFA Youth League matches LIVE with selected matches available on demand (collectively, the “Matches”), through the Now E application (the “App”), website www.nowe.com (the “Service Website”) or Now E Android TV Box (the “Android TV Box”). You can watch the Matches by video on demand anytime within 30 days after their respective live broadcasts. The validity periods for the Passes and Plan are as follows:
• Now E Season Pass 2023/24: From date of activation of promotion code to 23:59:59 on 30 Jun 2024.
• Now E Day Pass 2023/24: 24 hours from the time of activating the promotion code or until 23:59:59 on 30 Jun 2024 (whichever is earlier).
• Please note that the 2023/24 season of UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League and UEFA Youth League will end on 30 Jun 2024 (tentative date).
3. You must on or before 30 Jun 2024, activate the promotion code for the Now E Knockout Stage Pass 2023/24 or Now E Day Pass 2023/24. Please note that each promotion code can only be used once.
4. In respect of the 2023/2024 season of UEFA Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference League and UEFA Youth League, PCCW Media Limited will broadcast all matches that are broadcasted by beIN SPORTS. Details of dates of the matches, times and channels will be announced later. All program content may be subject to change.
5.
