Product Inventory

• Inventory can transfer between online shop and retail stores, please check with customer service before purchasing out of stock products.

Delivery Service

• Delivery of in-stock products usually takes 1-3 working days, Monday to Friday during 09:00-18:00, delivery is limited to Hong Kong Area
• Delivery to your door: Free delivery for orders over HKD$900, HKD$50 delivery charge applies if order amount is less than HKD$900. (Except for some special-priced products)
• Pick-up from SF Station / EF-Locker: Free delivery for orders over HKD$900, HKD$50 delivery charge applies if order amount is less than HKD$900. (Except for some special-priced products)
• Some products stated "Except for in store pickup, this product requires additional delivery charge :$90 / $50" need to charge $90 or $50 for delivery
• Eye-Catching Delivery Specials：When buying 3 items with the "Eye-Catching Delivery Specials" tag, you can enjoy the free delivery service.
  
• Self-pickup from Wellent Store：Free of charge

• For eligible company, organization and school, we could provide payment period or cash on delivery, the longest payment period is 30 days. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Product Warranty

• All products sold in this website are 100% Hong Kong official authorized product, with warranty and local vendor.
• Please keep the receipt for warranty purpose. Please contact vendor directly for details about warranty.
• Consumable products such as ink cartridges, toner, opened software are not eligible for product return, please contact the vendor for more information about warranty.
• Some products need to be inspected by the authorized dealer, those products can only be replaced after receiving the inspection paper. Products include but not limited to: Desktop, Notebook, Printer, etc.
• If customers find that the product does not meet the production standards (not involving artificial damage), please contact customer service within 7 days for replacement procedures.
