If you want to upload the deposit record on our website, please first click on the icon in the upper right corner to enter the 'User Center'. Select the corresponding order and click on 'Details', then click on the 'Upload' button (as shown in the illustration) and upload the bank deposit receipt in the attachment field to complete the payment process.

Once the payment for an order is confirmed in Wellent online store, there is not returnable or refundable. If customers receive a product that does not meet production standards (not involving human damage). Please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
